Welcome to Relivaxe. By using this website or buying from it, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are between you and Zoxas LLC (trading as Relivaxe).

Use of the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to buy from this site. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display product details, colours and pricing accurately. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay, with free UK delivery. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or availability for future orders.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order — if we do after taking payment, we refund you in full. Once an order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Payments

Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our 60-day money-back guarantee, which is in addition to your statutory rights.

Our products are intended for personal wellness and relaxation use only and are not medical devices. Please read the instructions and the list of people who shouldn't use the product before first use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoxas LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
