How to use it
- Charge it by USB from a plain 5V/1A adapter or a laptop port.
- Sit back — an armchair, the sofa, a train seat. Take off glasses first.
- Put it on, adjust the strap, pick a mode and close your eyes.
- Fifteen minutes later, take it off and get on with your evening.

How does it work?
It puts a hot compress, air-cushion massage, multi-frequency vibration and your own music over Bluetooth in one cordless shell. Pick one of five modes, sit back and close your eyes.
What is it like up close?
It looks like ski goggles: a hard white shell, a soft padded rim on the inside, a cut-out for the nose and an adjustable velcro strap behind the head. It folds in half to pack away.
Does it press on the eyeballs?
The cushions sit around the eye socket, brow and temples, not on the eye itself. If it feels too firm, loosen the strap or pick a mode without air pressure.
How loud is it?
There is a steady hum from the air pump and a soft hiss when the cushions release. Some people find it relaxing; some don't. The vibration can be switched off.
Does it play music on its own?
Some modes start the built-in music. You can turn it off on the control panel, or pair your phone over Bluetooth and play your own.
Can I use it with glasses or contact lenses?
Please take off glasses before use. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them first.
How is it charged?
By USB — the cable is in the box (a plug isn't). Use a plain 5V/1A adapter or a laptop port; fast-charge phone adapters may not charge it. It is cordless in use.
