This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit this site or buy from us, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

1. Who we are

Relivaxe is a trading name of Zoxas LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA — company ID 2026-002032596, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Zoxas LLC is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@relivaxe.com.

2. The data we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
• Order data: products bought, prices, order and delivery status, returns and refunds.
• Payment data: card details are entered on a payment page hosted by Stripe, our payment provider, and are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only limited details such as the card type, last four digits and payment status.
• Communications: messages you send us and our replies.
• Technical data: our web server keeps basic logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site. If we use the Meta Pixel and you accept it, it collects usage data as described in the cookies section below.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for health information.

3. Why we use your data and our lawful bases

• To take, process, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds — performance of our contract with you.
• To answer your questions and messages — contract (where about an order) or our legitimate interest in responding to customers.
• To keep tax, accounting and consumer-law records — compliance with legal obligations.
• To detect and stop fraud and keep the site secure — our legitimate interest in protecting our customers and business.
• To measure our adverts through the Meta Pixel, where we use it — your consent, which you give or refuse in our cookie banner. Without your consent the pixel is not loaded and nothing is sent to Meta.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your rights. You can object at any time (section 7).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who act on our instructions, and only what they need:

• Stripe — processes card payments and fraud checks on its hosted payment page.
• CJ Dropshipping — our fulfilment partner, which packs and ships your order; it receives your name, delivery address, phone number and order contents.
• Delivery carriers — receive the details needed to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
• Our hosting provider — runs the server this site and our order records are on.
• Meta Platforms — only where we use the Meta Pixel and you accept it, receives the pages you view here, when you start checkout and when you complete a purchase, to measure our adverts.
• Our email hosting provider — handles messages sent to support@relivaxe.com.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Zoxas LLC is based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK. Our service providers may also process it in the United States, China (our fulfilment partner) and other countries. When we transfer data from the UK, we rely on one of the following safeguards: UK adequacy regulations (for example the UK–US "data bridge" for US organisations certified to it), or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional measures needed. Contact us for more information about the safeguards that apply.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tags. The Stripe payment page uses its own cookies to process payments securely and detect fraud. If we add analytics or advertising tags in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

6. How long we keep your data

• Order, payment and refund records: 6 years after the end of the financial year of the order, for tax, accounting and legal claims.
• Customer-service messages: up to 2 years after the matter is closed, unless linked to a claim.
• Server logs: kept only as long as needed to run and secure the site.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict how we use it; object to our use of it based on legitimate interests; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out). To use any of these rights, email support@relivaxe.com. We will reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.

8. Security

This site and the Stripe payment page use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to your data is limited to those who need it to run our business.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
