Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We cannot accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

Cost

Free delivery on every order — no minimum spend.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Your order is fulfilled by our fulfilment partner and may ship from outside the UK. Times can occasionally be longer during busy periods or for reasons outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delays, lost parcels and address errors

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or you notice a mistake in your address, email support@relivaxe.com with your order number and we'll help. The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

Cancellations and returns
